This place is amazing, from the moment you walk in you feel so welcomed! This feeling has continued with every visit. The staff seems very knowledgeable about my kids treatment plans for their braces. As a single mom I was very nervous about the cost of the braces, but they were able to get me on a payment plan, so I could get my kids braces. My kids love going there, the reasons being the game station they have for kids to play while they wait, the points the can earn to get prizes. Such a positive experience :)

I was referred by a friend, and as an adult needing braces was sensitive to a location that catered to adults as well as children. I also wanted to explore my options. They had not been open very long at all (just Patty and Dr Levin running the show). I felt listened to and that my needs were carefully considered. They have been attentive and accommodating to the different needs of an adult patient versus a youth. They gave honest feedback and sometimes straight talk if needed. The visual office is light and cheerful to balance what can be an uncomfortable 30 minutes. Dr Levin is involved in all her patients as well as her community. She puts real time and energy into knowing the person and takes a personal accountability to the best treatment. I highly recommend this orthodontist to young and old alike. (and bonus, Starbucks is just downstairs!)

I met Dr. Levin when she first opened her practice and I was immediately impressed. Her credentials, thoroughness on the treatment plan and overall bedside manner sold me. Being new to the area, I did not know of her prior patients, but decided to go with her, after consulting with another orthodontist. It certainly paid off! My son had his braces removed a couple of weeks ago and his teeth look amazing! Dr. Levin does more than straighten teeth and fix bites. In life, some people simply have a calling for what they are meant to do! This is true of the entire staff at the North Valley Orthodontist office! From the meet and greet with miss Patty that carefully explains all the things to come, from just how the treatment will help your little one, to what to expect during visits and payments. Dr. Levin is very knowledgeable and her kindness shines every moment you interact with her! Her teammates are all perfect puzzle pieces that fit together to make sure everything is covered! We have been very lucky to have our office visits with Samantha and Jen. My lil lady (she is 11) is super nervous about anything that has to do with work in her mouth. These ladies have put her at ease every time (even when there were tears :) Each procedure is explained in detail before being done, examples are given and instructions are laid out well. A firm but caring nature is expressed about what needs to take place at home so we are successful for our next visit. Overall this is an amazing place! I would encourage anyone that has any worries about braces or any work to check them out!

I love this place! Everyone has been very helpful and super accommodating for any question I had about my braces.
